This policy explains what personal information Always ENOUGH™ (Vaida V.-Stone, operating as alwaysenoughmethod.com) collects, why, and how it's used. If you have any questions, you can reach me directly at hello@alwaysenoughmethod.com.

Depending on how you use this site, the following information may be collected:

• Contact forms (general enquiry, Speaking enquiry): name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any information you choose to share in your message.
• Free resource downloads: name and email address.
• Book launch notifications: email address only.
• Booking a Clarity Call: handled through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy governing that booking process.

No payment or financial information is collected directly through this website.

Information submitted through this site is used to:

• Respond to your enquiry or question
• Send you the free resource you've requested
• Notify you when The Power Of Enough is published, if you've asked to be notified
• Occasionally send relevant updates, articles, or offers by email, if you've opted in to this

Consent to receive newsletters is separate from receiving the workbook, and it is optional. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Your information is never sold to third parties.

Form submissions are stored securely and may be processed using the following third-party tools:

• Next.js server functions, the website's own form-handling code, which passes submissions directly to the tools listed below. No third-party form plugin is used.
• Google Sheets, for internal record-keeping of enquiries
• MailerLite, the email service provider, for managing email communications you've opted into
• Calendly, for scheduling Clarity Calls

MailerLite processes names and email addresses to deliver the workbook and, where you have ticked the optional box, to send you newsletters.

Your information is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.

This site does not currently use analytics cookies. The MailerLite signup form on the VERTA DAUGIAU™ workbook page loads a script from MailerLite, which may set its own cookies. If you open the booking popup, Calendly may also set its own cookies. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information is held about you
• Ask for it to be corrected or deleted
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
• Make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you have concerns about how your data is handled
